I am a dedicated life member of VFW Auxiliary 404, Mohave Valley in District 8. I joined under the eligibility of my late father, John H. Monroe Jr. a Vietnam Veteran. On the Auxiliary level, I held the office of President for 8 years. I am currently the assistant secretary. On the District level, I have held the offices of President and Sr Vice President for two years each. I held many chairmanships as well. At the Department level, I held many chairmanships with the Department receiving a second-place award in our group that year. I have served as color bear, soloist and musician, and held the offices of Guard, Conductress, Chaplain, Sr Vice President and Department President for 2022-2023, which that year the Department of Arizona received the Circle of Excellence.

My late husband Bobby and I have 7 adult children, 29 grandchildren and 4 great grandchild.
